To reduce this attention residue your body should reach a FLOW state. Flow state means Brain activation state. To reach this flow state, you should wake up at 5 AM.
By waking up at 5 AM Dopamine hormone will be released. In this way, you can become free from distraction. According to research, to become a master in any profession, you have to spend every day 2 hours 40 minutes for 10 years. That means you will become an expert if you work for 10,000 hours To succeed outside, first we have to win inside.
Robin divided our inner body into 4 sets 25% of our success depends on our mindset so try to have a positive mindset. To succeed, our heart must be pure and free from negative things such as Anger, Hatred & Jealous. So practice Gratitude Health is Wealth for everyone. So do some exercise every day Doing meditation every day gives spiritual power. When these 4 sets are fulfilled, then it is called pure success.
Everyone ignores the present and worries about the future. What we are doing today, decides our future. Try to improve at least 1% every day to get better results in your life. According to research, it takes around 21 days to form neurons form a new habit and it takes 66 days for any habit to become part of our life. This 66 day is in 3 stages. Each stage has 22 days. Here we destroy our old habits and try to implement new ones. Here we install new habits in our real life.
Here new habits will get stored in our subconscious mind In this way, if we practice any habit for nonstop 66 days it becomes part of our daily life naturally Robin gave the answer about what to do when you wake up after 5 AM. Robin divided 5 to 6 times into 3 levels. Do some exercise between 5 to 5:20 AM Dopamine, Serotonin hormones will release if you do exercises like skipping, walking, running, etc.,
Use the time between 5.20 to 5.40 AM for meditation, Journal, writing future plans. Use the time between 5.40 to 6 AM for personal growth. Review your goals, read books or listen to audiobooks, online classes, etc., If you make it a habit, then this one hour will change your life.
Robin explained 10 strategies for improving our Personal & Professional life. Spend some time alone every day Keep all electronic gadgets like TV away from you. It improves our focus. For the next 90 days, use the first 90 minutes of your work to focus on. ONE main activity After applying the 90/90/1 rule in a day, use this method for the remaining day. After every 60 minutes of work, take a 10 minutes break Then, your work will be productive. Every morning you should write 5 goals that you want to complete on a particular day. By doing this, you will get 150 small wins in 30 days and 1825 wins in 365 days.
Schedule a second workout after finishing your work. Walking in the woods, yoga, etc, improve your 4 sets It is good to have 2 head massages per week. It helps in releasing Dopamine, Serotonin hormones. Utilize your commuting time productively. Listen to Audiobooks or motivational speeches. Investment in Education and personality development is valueless. Delegate some of your tasks to your team members and focus on important things. Your dream team should have Health advisors, Financial advisors, Spiritual advisors, Fitness trainers.
Every weekend sit down and write your entire week plan in a diary, This improves your focus and motivation. You can also balance your work. Be a student for at least 60 min in a day.
